The puristically furnished Engadine house was renovated together with the architects Adriana Stuppan and Duri Vital and promises perfection and living design down to the smallest detail. 

In 3 en-suite bedrooms, up to 6 holiday guests can enjoy nature and culture in an architectural jewel in the authentic mountain village of Ardez. The voluminous living area redefines the "loft feeling". A stone pine sauna and a specially designed bathroom contribute to relaxation in the "pitschen wellness". 

The randlin has been published in design magazines such as "Häuser Modernisiert" (CH), "Elle Decoaration" (UK), "Living Corriere" (IT) and "Côté Est" (FR) and many more. Stone, wood, steel. With the consistent use of these three basic materials, the old building could be placed in the foreground. The exquisite interior creates individual spaces and combines design with tradition.

The 280m2 of living space are spread over two floors. The entrance is next to the large garage with space for one vehicle. From the main entrance the corridor leads to three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. One room has direct access to the small wellness area (sauna and bath).
A steel staircase leads to the upper floor. In addition to the long dining table, which offers space for up to twelve people, the cooking island and the fully equipped designer kitchen are adjacent. The living area is then between a hanging fireplace and a library. From there you also have access to the panoramic terrace (40m2).

A fast internet connection (fiber optic cable with WiFi) is available in the living area. On request, rolls, eggs, salsiz or honey can be ordered from the neighboring farm.

Access for guests
The number of bedrooms depends on the number of people booked:
-> 1-2 people = 1 bedroom
-> 3-4 people = 2 bedrooms
-> 5-6 people = 3 bedrooms

Other important information
- Shoes are only permitted in the entrance area. However, slippers are available for use.
- The equipment and furniture must be treated and used carefully and with care. There are several very sensitive and expensive objects in the house.
- There are instructions for use for the concrete kitchen, the concrete sink and the fireplace that must be observed. The information can be viewed on site at the respective property.
- The sauna cannot be heated above 80 degrees. In addition, when switching on the sauna, the ventilation must be activated (manually).
